Joint Instruction Report

We are happy to provide joint instruction reports for medical negligence cases, receiving instruction from both the claimant and defendant. These are usually required for current condition and prognosis reports; they can be prepared to deal with liability and causation but in general solicitors prefer to obtain their own separate reports.
